This policy explains what Florida Focus LLC collects, why, and the controls you have over your information.

Florida Focus LLC ("Florida Focus," "we," "us") is a Florida-based media production business operating floridafocus.media and an associated client portal. Contact: contact@alexluncan.com.
Booking form: When you book a consultation, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, project description, selected call type, and appointment date.
Client portal sign-up: When an admin invites you to the client portal, we store your email and name. You create a password, which is hashed (not stored in plaintext) by our authentication provider.
Payment information: Card details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers — we store only a Stripe customer ID, a masked reference, and payment status.
Contract signing: When you electronically sign a contract, we record your typed name, IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamp as proof of signature.
Site usage: Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects basic aggregated analytics — page loads, performance metrics, approximate geographic region derived from IP. This data is not tied to individual identity.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising. We do not profile or target you with behavioral ads.

Each subprocessor handles only the data necessary for its function and is contractually bound to appropriate security standards.
We use first-party cookies strictly for authentication (keeping you signed in to the portal) and for Vercel's Speed Insights performance monitoring. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent portal login from working.
Lead submissions and project records are retained for up to seven years after final engagement to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Client portal accounts remain active until closed by request or until the account has been inactive for more than two years. Stripe payment records follow Stripe's retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
You can request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@alexluncan.com. We will respond within 30 days. Some records (e.g., paid invoices, contracts) may be retained as required by law even after an account is closed.
The site and services are intended for people 18 and older acting on behalf of a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Florida Focus is based in the United States and data is stored in U.S.-based infrastructure. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
We use TLS encryption in transit, server-side access controls on the database (Supabase Row-Level Security), and limited admin access. Passwords are hashed. Stripe handles card data under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
