How Florida Focus Text Messages work: who gets them, how to opt in, how often they come, and how to stop.

Florida Focus LLC is my one-person marketing business in Gainesville, Florida. I'm Alex Luncan. I build websites, ads, and lead systems for owner-run Florida businesses, including roofers and other home service contractors.
Florida Focus Text Messages are texts I send to business owners who asked me about my services and opted in. You can get a reply to your request (often with a link to a short video), follow-up texts about your request, and confirmations and reminders for calls you book with me. Marketing texts (follow-ups, tips, and offers about my services) only go to people who checked the separate marketing box. I never text purchased or scraped lists, and I never text anyone who hasn't opted in.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms. My ads open a Meta instant form where you enter your name, business, email, and phone number. Before you submit, the form shows two text message consent boxes. Both start unchecked and both are optional: you can send the form without checking either one.
Text me about my request (optional). I consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Florida Focus about my request, like replies, scheduling, and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies, up to 3 texts a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
Send me marketing texts (optional). I consent to receive marketing text messages from Florida Focus at the phone number provided, like follow-ups, tips, and offers about its services, which may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies, up to 3 texts a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Forms on this site. The booking form and request forms such as the free website audit and the review stand request show the same two boxes, with the same wording, next to the phone number field.
Only people who check a box get texts of that kind. Consent to texts is never required to send a form or to buy anything.
Message frequency varies with your request. I send no more than 3 texts in any 24 hours, and only between 8 AM and 8 PM your local time. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, and STOPALL also work. You'll get one text confirming it, and then nothing more unless you opt in again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
